So a reply is addressed to a person.

So we can reply. It is the only way we contact you.

Your publication

So we know who is asking and what they publish.

What you tell us about your needs

The content, format and schedule you are asking about, and your message.

The country your request came from

Supplied by our host as a two-letter code. We do not store your IP address.

Where it goes

Your message is stored in a database run by Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and we are sent an email so that someone reads it. Nothing is shared with anyone else, nothing is sold, and it is never used to market to you. We do not add you to a mailing list — there isn’t one.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in touch about your enquiry, and afterwards as a record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete it at any point and we will.

Asking for it, or asking us to delete it

Canadian privacy law gives you the right to see what we hold about you and to have it corrected or removed. Email puzpuzmedia@gmail.com and say which you want. You do not need to give a reason, and it costs nothing.

Changes

If this site ever starts doing more than it does today — analytics, a mailing list, anything embedded from elsewhere — this page changes at the same time. It is dated so you can tell.
